We want to make the application process as transparent and uncomplicated as possible for you. We want you to know where you stand at all times – clearly, openly and at eye level. This is how the path to us works:

If we have the impression that it could be a good fit, we will contact you by phone. We will clarify initial questions and discuss the next steps.
We would like to get to know you personally in two rounds of talks – and of course give you the opportunity to find out more about us, our team and the way we work.
If everything is right for both sides, you will receive a customized offer from us.
On your first day, you will receive a warm welcome, get to know your team and have enough time to familiarize yourself step by step.
