Statement on obligation to disclose information

(privacy policy)

The protection of your personal data is our particular concern. That is why we only process your data on the basis of legal regulations (DSGVO, DSG 2018, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you of the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us on the website or by email, your data entered will be stored for a period of six months for the purpose of enquiry processing and in the event of follow-up queries. We do not pass on that data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are saved on your user device with the aid of the browser. They do not cause any harm.

We apply cookies to design our offering in a user-friendly manner. Some cookies remain stored on your user device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser when you next visit the website.

If you do not want this, you can set your browser so that it informs you of cookies that would be saved and you only permit that in an individual case.

If you deactivate cookies, it may limit the functionality of our website.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (https://www.google.com/intl/de_at/analytics/features/analysis-tools.html ).

For this purpose cookies are used which make it possible to analyse usage of the website by its users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server, where it is stored.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are saved.

Your IP address is identified but pseudonymised immediately. As a result, only approximate localisation is possible.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standard contractual clauses/an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Data processing is conducted on the basis of the legal regulations contained in § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of DSGVO.

Our concern within the meaning of DSGVO (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our online presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised.

User data is stored for a period of 6 months.

Data storage

We store the following data for the purpose of accounting: Name, address, telephone number, email address, VAT ID, plus your bank account on a case-by-case basis. That data is not passed on, with the exception of transmission to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting your account and transmission to our tax consultants in order to meet our tax obligations. The data is only stored within the EU.

All data resulting from a contractual relationship is stored until expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). Data concerning access to systems used by the customer will be deleted after the end of collaboration.

Data processing is conducted on the basis of the legal regulations contained in § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 a (consent) and/or b (necessary for contract performance) of DSGVO.

Publication of job vacancies / online job applications

Your application data is electronically collected by us and processed for the purpose of handling the application procedure. If your application is followed by the signing of an employment contract, your transmitted data can be stored by us in your personnel file for the purpose of conducting the normal organisational and administrative process in compliance with the relevant legal regulations. If your job application is rejected, deletion of the data you have transmitted is performed automatically two months after announcement of the rejection. This does not apply if owing to legal requirements (e.g. the obligation to provide evidence in accordance with the General Equal Treatment Act) storage for a longer period is necessary or if you have explicitly consented to storage for a longer period in our database of interested parties.

Your rights

You always have rights to information, correction, deletion, limitation, data transferrability, revocation and contradiction. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other manner, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
