As a Mediation Zone Consultant at SINN Consulting you will work on exciting projects for top-tier players across diverse industries, including telecommunications, data-driven energy providers, retail, and travel agencies. You will be involved end-to-end, from requirements analysis to go-live, always collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Strengthening and expanding our knowledge area in Mediation Zone.
- Analyzing customer requirements, supporting solution design, and implementing these solutions.
- Developing and documenting Mediation Zone objects in line with business requirements.
- Creating and optimizing workflow designs and integrating them into complex IT landscapes (SAP and non-SAP).
- Identifying and resolving code- or system-related issues while continuously optimizing existing processes.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience with Mediation Zone platforms (e.g., SAP Convergent Mediation or similar).
- Solid expertise in SQL, database concepts, and proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, etc.).
- Experience in workflow design, implementation, and integration within complex IT systems.
- Strong process understanding with the ability to creatively and customer-orientedly develop technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 5-10%, depending on client and project).
